By using the Rewardty application, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the application.

2. Service Definition

Rewardty is a mobile platform that enables local businesses to run digital loyalty programs and allows customers to participate in these programs.

3. Account Creation

  You must register with a valid phone number

• •

  You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information

• •

  You cannot share your account with anyone else

• •

  If you are under 13 years old, you cannot use the application

4. Customer Usage Rules

  You can show your QR code only after actual purchases

• •

  Creating fake QR codes or manipulating the system is prohibited

• •

  Rewards are only valid at the relevant business

• •

  Rewards cannot be paid in cash or transferred to others

5. Business Usage Rules

  Business information must be accurate and up-to-date

• •

  You must provide customers with the rewards you have defined

• •

  You can only use customer data within the scope of the application

• •

  Spam notifications or misleading campaigns are not allowed

• •

  You cannot go live without platform approval

6. Prohibited Uses

  Manipulating the system with automated tools

• •

  Attempting to access other users' accounts

• •

  Performing actions that could harm application infrastructure

• •

  Using the application for illegal purposes

7. Intellectual Property

Rewardty name, logo, design, and software belong to Rewardty. They cannot be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rewardty is not responsible for the quality or validity of rewards offered by businesses. The platform only mediates between business and customer.

9. Service Changes

Rewardty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services. Important changes will be announced through in-app notification.

10. Account Suspension

Your account may be suspended or deleted if you violate these terms.

11. Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
